These Terms of Service govern your use of the A Royal Flush LLC website (aroyalflushok.com) and our rental and septic services in Oklahoma. By using our website, contacting us, or renting from us, you agree to these Terms.
Services
A Royal Flush provides portable restroom rentals (standard, ADA, flushable, and VIP trailer units), handwash and sanitizer stations, holding tanks, and septic, aerobic, and RV pump-outs in the Oklahoma City metro area, with VIP restroom trailers statewide. Pricing is quoted per job based on unit type, quantity, rental period, and distance, and is confirmed by our office before delivery.
Rentals, Delivery, and Service
- Rental periods are as quoted — typically 28-day cycles for job sites and per-event terms for events
- Units are delivered to and placed at the location you specify; you are responsible for providing safe, accessible ground and site access
- Weekly cleaning and restocking is included on standard rentals; additional service is available on request
- You are responsible for damage to or loss of units beyond normal wear, including damage from vandalism, vehicles, or weather-related relocation
- Weather, road conditions, and site access may affect scheduling
Payment Terms
- Payment is due per the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and check; card payments may carry a processing fee disclosed at billing
- Returned payments may be subject to additional fees
- Past-due accounts may have service paused until the balance is paid
Text Message (SMS) and Phone Communication Terms
By providing your phone number to A Royal Flush and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls, including messages sent using an autodialer or automated system and calls answered by an automated assistant. Communications may include quotes, delivery and service confirmations, invoices and payment links, and occasional service reminders or offers.

Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to rent from us or opt in to our text messaging program.
Limitation of Liability
A Royal Flush LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
